DONGGUAN HT PROCISION MOULD CO, LTD is a professional and experienced high speed stamping die, stator rotor progressive die ,electric lamination dies,stator rotor stamping ,metal stamping ect manufacturer with the investment 5 million RMB . We specializ in manufacturing various kinds of motor core, auto electric parts, hardware parts, and transformer core progressive dies.Our company plant covers an area of 6000 square meter with 1500 square meter office space. Our factory is equipped with advanced equipment, such as Profile grinding ,Jig grinding, Japan Seibu and Sodick Wire cutting machines, CNC machining center, Taiwan Kent surface grinder, Edward three coordinate measuring instrument and image measuring instrument. We have 220 tons high-speed press machine for mould testing. Our processing workshop is with thermostat control.We have a dedicated R & D team comprised 30 personnel who has more than 15 years working experience. Quality is our culture. All mould are developed by senior engineers which fully guarantee the life span and high-precision. We can make tool type: automatic interlock ,automatic rotor skew angle,automatic shoulder,lamination rotation function ect,and the lamination size from OD 4mm to 600mm progressive automatic skew angle and interlock dies ,the material thickness is from 0.1mm to 1.5mm .
