1. PROFILE GRINDING DEPARTMENT
We imported 5 sets of WAIDA profile grinder from Japan on 2010, it ensures precision of 0.001mm.High rigidity, high speed, high precision, mirror grinding.Profile grinding machine is grinding more sophisticated straight lines, arcs, curves and other complex shape surface.It can be different thickness, irregular diamond shaped particles, de-oxidation, the effect is very good.

2. CNC Machining Centre
The high precision CNC machines ensure the mould base , back plate , install plate, stripper ,insert plate have good precision ,Our machine can ensure the hole tolerance to 0.003mm , and ensure the ture posistion at a good station .

3.WIRE CUTTING DEPARTMENT

There are total 15 sets wire cut machines , Japan Seibu ,Sodick and China Taiwan brand machine, the seibu machine tolerance can reach 0.001mm ,Machined surface roughness can reach Ra0.12um, the Taiwan wire cut machine can reach 0.008mm . the high precision machine can ensure our tools in high precision .

4.JG GRINDING DEPARTMENT

The JG grinding machine ensure the plate round hole , guide polit hole and mould blanking ect have good concentricity and ture position .that will let the mould ahve good precision . Moore Jg grinding machine can let hole concentricity (less than 200mm ) at less than 0.005mm. the location tolerance less than 0.008mm .

5.PRECISION GRINDING DEPARTMENT

3 surface grinder ,maximum travel mm:2200*750*700,20 sets hand grinding machines .Precision: planeness 4 mm /100mm, parallelism 3 mm /100mm.

6.QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENT

7.MOULD ASSEMBLY DEPARTMENT

Mould assembly workshop with constant temperature and humidity,it guarantee moudl parts not happen deformation and stress caused by temperature chnage,ensure the mould assemby at a good precision .
